MOSCOW, Nov 8 (PRIME) -- Russian diamond producer ALROSA has confirmed the capital expenditures forecast for 2019 at 26 billion rubles, CFO Alexei Filippovsky said at a conference call on Thursday.
“We confirm our current forecast for the total amount of capital expenditures in 2019 and 2020 at 26 billion rubles and 28 billion rubles respectively. These figures do not include any investment arising from a possible repairs of the Mir mine, which has not been decided upon by now,” Filippovsky said.
In 2018, the capital expenditures of ALROSA are expected at 28–30 billion rubles. In January–September, the figure grew by 13% to 20.8 billion rubles.
